Tinmy Company produces three lines of Cylindrical roller bearings

The sixteen series of cylindrical roller bearings all incorporate the single-piece race type construction, providing excellent ball-to-race conformity and structural integrity, along with the advantages of metal-to-metal contact between bearing components. Standard race materials are low carbon, heat treated alloy or stainless steel. Balls are precision ground alloy or stainless steel. Metal on metal race units can be re-lubricated through an annular groove in the outer race with two interconnecting holes positioned at 180 degrees, while a self-lubricating PTFE to metal interface may also be optionally specified in many series. Inch or imperial sizes range from 3/16 inch through 6 inch bore, metrics from 3 through 160 mm. In addition to catalog offerings, non-standard materials substitutions and dimensional modifications are possible, to meet specific customer application requirements.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings for sale

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings. The rollers are guided by the two ribs of bearing rings. The bearings with cage are units comprising solid inner and outer ring together with cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. Therefore, these bearings are easy to be mounted and dismounted, especially where the load conditions are such that interference fits are required for both rings.
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are commonly used to carry radial load and, due to the line contact of the rollers and raceways, are suitable for higher radial loading capacity and good impact resistance than radial ball bearings with same dimensions, but they can ‘t accommodate axial loads.
1.Improved seal: Contact seal increases resistance to entry of water or foreign substances.
2.High load capacity: When used as a sheave bearings, radial and axial load capacities are increased
3.Corrosion resistance: Phosphate surface treatment improves resistance to rust.
4.Easy to apply grease: Holes provided on inner ring facilitate grease replenishment, even while the bearing is mounted.
5.Fewer surrounding parts: With snap rings for the outer ring, fewer parts are required around the bearing for a more cost-effective sheave.1.Improved seal: Contact seal increases resistance to entry of water or foreign substances.

Cylindrical roller bearings with cage are very rigid

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with cage are units comprising solid inner and outer rings together with cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. The outer rings have rigid ribs on both sides or are without ribs, the inner rings have one or two rigid ribs or are designed without ribs. The cage prevents the cylindrical rollers coming into contact with each other during rolling. Cylindrical-Roller-Bearings
cylindrical roller bearings have solid inner and outer rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to their kinematic conditions, however, they cannot achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage. The cylindrical roller bearings are very rigid, can support high radial loads and, due to the cage, are suitable for higher speeds than the full complement designs. Bearings with suffix E have a larger roller set and are thus designed for extremely high load carrying capacity. Cylindrical-Roller-Bearings-cadThe bearings can be taken apart and can therefore be fitted and dismantled more easily. Both bearing rings can therefore have an interference fit. cylindrical roller bearings are available as non-locating, semi-locating and locating bearings and in single and double row designs. Auto-Tensioner-bearings-1

If you need help in selecting the cylindrical roller bearings for your particular application

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are also manufactured with snap ring grooves on the outer rings. This design simplifies the bearing joint as the bearings are located into the housing by means of the snap rings. Double-row cylindrical roller bearings have high radial rigidity and are used primarily for precision machine tools. The snap ring groove and snap rings are in accordance with IS0 464.Depending on the series as defined below a number of cylindrical roller bearings have no ribs on either the inner or outer ring
There are different types designated NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF for single-row bearings, and NNU, NN for double-row bearings depending on the design or absence of side ribs. Tinmy’s cylindrical roller bearings come in the following series with various cage designs and Metric dimensions:
N Series - Bearings of N design are single row cylindrical roller bearing and have two fixed ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage and one smooth outer ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, N Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the N Series bearings have virtually no thrust capacity.
NU Series - Are single row cylindrical roller bearings and have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and one smooth inner ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, NU Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the NU Series bearings have no virtually thrust capacity.
NJ Series - Are single row cylindrical roller bearings and have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and a fixed rib on the inner ring which can guide the shaft in a single direction (axially).
NUP Series - Are single row cylindrical roller bearings and have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and, on the inner ring, a fixed rib and a support washer. This way they can be used as locating bearings, guiding the shaft axially in both directions.
RNU Series - Are single row cylindrical roller bearings and have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and has no inner ring. Instead, it uses the shaft as the opposing raceway.
NF Series - Also able to carry incidental thrust loads, this bearing type features two integral ribs on the inner ring and a single rib on the outer ring.

NN Series - Bearings of NN design are double row cylindrical roller bearing and have three fixed ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage and one smooth outer ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, N Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the NN Series bearings have no virtually thrust capacity.

Tinmy roller bearings are available in four performance classes

Tinmy roller bearings come in a wide variety of types, designs, series, sizes, variants and materials. Depending on the bearing design,Tinmy roller bearings are available in four performance classes.
Tinmy Standard
Standard Tinmy Cylindrical roller bearings have long been known for their superior quality and long service life. However some applications must accommodate higher loads while reducing friction, heat and wear in the bearing. For these applications, Tinmy Explorer bearings are the obvious choice.

Tinmy Explorer
The Tinmy Explorer performance class of roller bearings is in response to the ever-demanding performance requirements of modern machinery. Tinmy Explorer roller bearings realized this substantial improvement in performance by optimizing the internal geometry and surface finish of all contact surfaces, redesigning the cage, combining the extremely clean and homogenous steel with a unique heat treatment and improving the quality and consistency of the rollers.

Tinmy Energy Efficient
Tinmy Energy Efficient (E2) bearings are ideal for light-to-normal load applications, where there is a need to improve reliability, decrease lubricant consumption and reduce energy consumption. Rollers bearings within this performance class are characterized by a frictional moment in the bearing that is at least 30% lower when compared to a same-sized Tinmy Explorer bearing. The bearings realized the substantial reduction of the frictional moment by optimizing the internal geometry of the bearing, redesigning the cage and applying a new, low-friction grease.

Tinmy  Super-precision
Tinmy super-precision bearings are used in high-speed, precision applications like machine tools, centrifuges, and printing presses, where high speeds, running accuracy and long service life are critical operational parameters

6.Cageless, full-complement cylindrical roller bearings have the maximum possible number of rollers and can sustain much heavier loads than cylindrical roller bearings of the same size with cages. On the other hand, high-speed capability is inferior to the bearings with cages.
The open-type single- and double-row bearings are mostly used in general industrial applications at low speed and under heavy load, and the shielded-type double-row bearings are often used in crane sheaves.
