This weekend, the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Royal" will drop as one of most anticipated releases of the year, and while high demand might make them somewhat difficult to obtain, there's one pair that you definitely won't be able to get a hold of. Jordan Brand turned the "Royal" 1s into wedged sneakers.

Just like the "Banned" New Jordans 1 wedges made exclusively for Michael Jordan's wife, the "Royal" colorway is getting the same treatment. Jordan Brand Global Communications Specialist Samantha Baker took to Instagram to share the exclusive sneakers. In comparison to this weekend's release the exclusive wedged "Royal" Air Jordan 1s use a smoother leather, leather laces and the same tooling at the Nike Dunk Sky Hi.

Rise will contact winners on Friday and make the sneakers available to them for purchase on Saturday, April 1.

Last night, the Cleveland Cavaliers faced the Chicago Bulls in a Hardwood Classics-themed match, as LeBron James flaunted the yet-to-release <a href="http://www.hoopjordan.com/product-category/nike-lebron-14/">Nike LeBron 14</a>, coordinated in the respective “HWC” colorway that correlates with the Cavs’ 80s era throwback uniforms.

The Air Jordan XXX1 ‘Royal’ will debut at Jordan Brand retailers during April 2017. As most of us are awaiting the arrival of the Air Jordan 1 OG ‘Royal’, the two are set to debut on the same day.

 

This Air Jordan XXX1 is dressed in a Black, Game Royal and White color scheme. As you can see, Royal Blue starts off on the Flyknit toe which gradients to Black across the panels and heel. Following we have Black that lands across the tongue and laces. Royal picks things up again landing on the Nike Swoosh, Jumpman branding and outsole. Finishing the look is White that runs through the midsole.

 

The newest Jordan game shoe draws inspiration from the first once again with the release of the Air Jordan XXX1 "Royal." Nike KD 9 HOME II – New From Durant Something

News reveals that that Nike KD 9 “Home II” will be what Kevin Durant will wear at the Oracle. An incredibly eye catching silhouette, not to mention colorway, the Nike KD 9 is set to rock the market on February 16, 2017. Although that is still a few months away, Nike has graciously released images of the shoes to let everyone know exactly what they are getting.

One look at these kicks and you just KNOW they are going to attract attention. An attractive color combination of blue, skyblue, and white – the shoes have this very distinctive shape that is not easy to ignore. With deep top cuts and a high back for the heels, it looks like the kicks are made of mesh from top to bottom.

The trim portion is mainly done in white with the color turning blue as it proceeds to the heels of the shoes. It is not a gradual shift either as you can easily see a division between the white and blue coloring.

The side also sports the Nike logo done in beautiful white, allowing it to stand out amidst the blue coloring. The heels seem to be sporting a certain logo – but it is hard to tell from the images.

Maybe Nike is trying to build the suspense for the Nike KD 9 “Home II” which is why they have only released that ONE image of the shoes from the side. No other image from a different angle is available online so you can’t really tell the color of the tongue and the different logos incorporated into the design.

What we can tell you though: the laces are basic white and rounded. On the plus side, that means that IF you lose the laces at any point, you can easily replace them with something you purchase from any store.

 

The soles are white with some translucent design in the middle. The outsole is a slim length of white with the words “ZOOM” conspicuously edged onto the design.

All in all, it’s a pretty good pair with colors that just scream for attention. A little low in the layout, it has the look of something you can wear practically anywhere.

The shoes will sell for $95 on February 16. If you like them, better make sure you’re the first in line since it’s unlikely that these kicks will last long. The Air Jordan 13 Low reemerges in 2017 in two OG colorways, and the first ‘Brave Blue’ edition releases in just 2 weeks.

Reflective mesh panels? Check. Synthetic suede midsole? Check. Tiny little metal Jumpmen on the heels? Check. Yeah, the ‘Brave Blue’ has everything the original version featured, sans genuine leather. These are a must-have for me and it’ll be interesting to see who else needs a pair come April 8.

Jordan Brand also has plans of bringing back the Air Jordan 13 Low Brave Blue in 2017. Previously known as the Air Jordan 13 Low Navy, Jordan Brand has decided to re-brand the name of the shoe to make it even more attractive. As far as the colorway goes, it still looks very similar to what we saw when it made its initial debut back in 1998. The upper consists of a Carolina Blue sitting on top of a Black base. Although it has yet to be confirmed, it appears as if mesh and suede/nubuck make up the construction of the shoe. White accents on the sole and branding round out the look of the shoe

The retail price has jumped to $95, which is very cheap for a low top shoe, so I’ll be very interested to see how these do once they release. Many from the younger generation have no care or desire for what is classic so long as it’s limited, and these won’t be limited at all. However, that doesn’t mean they aren’t special.

1,Super Grip .

Front foot Flyknit part of KD 9 ，it is really quite comfortable, parcel is also quite good, KD 9 super quality texture than other weaving shoes compared with other shoes weaving super quality feel immediately! Color braided lines  can show the the work diligently of NIKE . All of small details will improve the overall texture .

Good TPU material

KD 9 whole shoes are soft and comfortable, more suitable for the front but not as suitable for the strength of the players compare with the Hyperdunk series . TPU is still quite good for the protection of the foot , it is will not be free to move, The second half of the foot also has a very thick foam covered in the ankle around the bottom, the whole is very comfortable.

However here are some disadvantages for KD 9

The front foot Flyknit package is excellent and has a high texture, the latter half of the mesh cloth material is more tough, and the inside of the foam is very comfortable. But the junction of the Flylnit and mesh  is a little stuck, we can feel something seizing ,and we will feel not lead to strong discomfort but always a bit awkward.

The Nike KD9 is a very good shoe and the crazy thing is, Nike put the latest tech into this shoe and are only charging $100 instead of the more Nikeish price

For the first time, they are also using neoprene materials on the upper portion. They are taking on a layering strategy with green at the bottom and the neoprene on top, creating an array of imensions and textures for the wearer.

The tongue is a study in black and this is where the orange color kicks in. Particularly, on the center of the tongue is the orange Jumpman logo – just jumping out of the woodwork amidst the mostly green body of the shoes. There is also a hint of orange on the bottom of the shoes, but it’s not something you can easily see.

Speaking of the bottom portion, the soles are a combination of black and green with clearly delineated lines. Although the shoes are mainly tightened using the laces, there seems to be a buckle strap along the sides, adorned with the words JORDAN.

The laces are flat and in the same green color. It definitely works well with the overall look of the shoes, but not exactly something you can easily replace. Simply put – you don’t want to lose these laces because you’d have a hard time finding ones of the same color. On the grey-straps crisscrossing the center of the shoes is the number 23, embossed onto the material. It is a little tough to see – but you know that it is there.

Although released images for the “Take Flight” are generous, there doesn’t seem to be any pictures from the back. Hence, it’s tough to say if Nike decided to put another logo on this part of the shoes.

To wrap it up – the “Take Flight” is the kind of shoes every man’s man would love. It has a very outdoors feel to it, the kind of shoes you should probably wear during a short day hike.

The “Take Flight” is part of the spring season Jordan releases 2017. Set for a January 28th release, the shoes will sell for $190 which is just about within the typical cost of Air Jordans today.

Gold metallic pieces are used as buckles for the laces, adding to the appearance of Royalty. Combined with the pure black coloring of this Air Jordan 4 release, you can tell that Nike aimed for “class” and “timeless” with this particular piece. In all honesty, it is tough to find another mid-ranged Nike shoe that carries the same distinctive prestige.

The laces are kept basic with a black coloring and a flat design. That is actually a good thing since this means you can easily replace the laces should you lose them at some point.

The tongue is also done in solid black with only the Jumpman logo as its marking. From the back, you can see another Jumpman logo – this one also using the same gold coloring.

The soles are done in basic white which helps set off the black and gold color combination. This creates a very clean feel to the shoes – making it perfect for practically anything from a McDonalds visit to walking the red
